THE PROCESS

1. Site Meeting

  • Initial meeting with the client to discuss their project needs and goals.
  •  Provide a free consultation to understand the scope of the project.
  • To include an initial measure and a selection of finishes and design details.

2. Deposit Payment for Site Meeting

  • Clients are required to make a deposit of £250+VAT.
  • This deposit is redeemable against the overall project cost.

3. Working Drawing Design

  • Designers work on creating detailed working drawings based on the client's requirements.

4. Design Approval

  • Design plans are sent to the client for their review and approval.

5. Design Confirmation and Quotation

  • Once the design is approved, a final quote for the project is prepared.

6. Deposit Payment and Lead Time

  •  The client pays a deposit Of 50%, and the project officially starts.
  •  A lead time for installation of 8-12 weeks excluding holidays to complete the project from this point.

7. Detailed Measurement by Joiner

  • A member of our team to take precise measurements on site to ensure accurate construction.

8. Electrical Package Preparation

  • If necessary, an electrical package is prepared for the client, likely for any electrical work required as part of the project.
  •  The client is responsible for arranging the necessary electrical work.

9. Joinery installed

  • Final payment due prior to installation.
